California SB-18
The welfare of others is the same excuse that all tyrants give. On Dec. 5, 2016, Sen. Richard Pan introduced SB-18, a Children’s Bill of Rights. SB-18 is the sequel to SB-277, California’s mandatory vaccine law. Both SB-18 and SB-277 were authored by the notorious Sen. Richard Pan. If it becomes law, SB-18 will dramatically affect parental rights.
My office now litigates to halt SB-277. Remarkably, the judge ruled against us based only on unsubstantiated “hearsay” documents from CDC. These CDC documents were authored by nameless, faceless bureaucrats – who were free from the laws of perjury – and whose dubious scientific theories were never tested under cross-examination. If it becomes law, SB-18 will allow the state to legally kidnap your children. Parents will be vulnerable to losing physical and legal custody of their children based on the same fairytale CDC publications that were presented in our SB-277 litigation. The Healthcare Holocaust that began with SB-277 will continue in earnest under SB-18.
Analysis of SB-18
SB-18 would apply to all California children, including homeschoolers. SB-18 declares seven childhood rights, below set forth, to be implemented by 2022.
(1) “The right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in their best interest.”
To act in a child’s “best interests” refers to parents who vaccinate their children in strict adherence to all CDC vaccination schedules.
(2) “The right to form healthy attachments with adults responsible for their care and well-being.”
The term “healthy attachments with adults” refers to the children’s attachments to CPS case workers – who will be responsible for raising California’s children under SB-218.
(3) “The right to live in a safe and healthy environment.”
The term “safe and healthy environment” refers to households in which all residents are fully vaccinated in accordance with CDC schedules.
(4) “The right to social and emotional well-being.”
The term “emotional well-being” refers to mandatory psychotropic drugs – e.g., Prozac, Ritalin, Zoloft, Zyprexa, Xanax, Abilify, etc. – for all children K through 12.
(5) “The right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive, physical, and social development.”
The term “cognitive, physical, and social development” refers to autism-related therapies, which will be necessary for the 1-out-of-6 children projected to have autism by 2022.
(6) “The right to appropriate, quality education and life skills leading to self-sufficiency in adulthood.”
The term “appropriate, quality education” refers to Common Core.
(7) “The right to appropriate, quality health care.”
The right to “quality health care” expands the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) by requiring parents to purchase supplemental healthcare coverage for their children.
Legal Advice – Resist Now!
Tell everybody you know – resist medical tyranny now! Just say “NO” to forcible penetration of your children’s bodies! If enough people stop vaccinating, then we can crash the system financially. Hit ‘em in the pocketbook! Go convert a pro-vaxxer today! Remember, it’s totally possible to convert pro-vaxxers; by contrast, they never convert us!
If you call yourself a vaccine truth warrior, then take to the streets! Go stand out in front of CVS or Rite-Aid and hold-up a big cardboard sign that reads “Vaccines Kill Babies!” or “Abolish All Vaccines Now!” C’mon!—pretend the custody of your children depends on it!!
