The funeral of 19-12 months-outdated cancer fundraiser Stephen Sutton will take spot next week following a vigil in his memory at Lichfield cathedral, his household have announced.


In a statement released by the Diocese of Lichfield, Stephen’s mother, Jane Sutton, mentioned the vigil on Thursday 29 Might and Friday thirty Might would give effectively-wishers and neighborhood men and women a opportunity to pay out their ultimate respects.


Mr Sutton, from Burntwood, Staffordshire, died on 14 May possibly after fighting a three-12 months battle towards multiple tumours, while raising far more than £3m for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
