3 more cases of blood poisoning linked to a batch of intravenous fluid given to babies have been recognized as the fluid producer says it has tracked down the source of the infection.
Public Overall health England mentioned on Wednesday that a batch of a food supplement named parenteral nutrition was strongly linked to the death of one particular infant and the sickness of 14 other individuals.
