The information came as James Munby, President of the Family Division, accepted the child’s adoption by ‘Mr and Mrs X’, who P has been living with because November 2013.
Sir James said the pair have been “very good and loving individuals” and said the youngster “was thriving in their care”.
The child was “really cheerful”, a social worker had reported.
But the judge also exposed Ms Pacchieri had sent a series of heartbreaking emails to Essex County Council, the last arriving just weeks in the past.
“It’s actually sad for me but I pray God daily that she will gonna be fine and that I will see her yet again”, the mother wrote.
“I would love to meet with her adoptive mother and father and have a chat with them so please make that take place for us.”
On 28 March, Ms Pacchieri said: “I want for my daughter the ideal.
“Me personally, I am striving to fail to remember this bad knowledge I had in England.
“I really like my daughter will all my heart and I pray to see her a single day again’.
But in spite of her pleas, Sir James mentioned he had obtained “no application of any sort” from either the mother or the Italian government.
In the situations, Ms Pacchieri is unlikely to be allowed to see her child just before it reaches adulthood.
